This role involves conducting initial client consultations, collecting and analyzing client information, and assisting potential clients with their inquiries. Additional responsibilities include managing client intake records, coordinating with attorneys and support staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure efficient case onboarding. The Intake Specialist will serve as the first point of contact between clients and the firm, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service for handling inquiries and efficiently onboarding clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using client management and data entry systems is a plus Previous experience in a legal or customer service role is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
