We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Phlebotomist to work onsite at 15 Corporate Park Drive in Pembroke, MA. Our Phlebotomists play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and are responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing. Essential functions include obtaining quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups, ensuring accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, processing, handling, and transportation of specimens, communicating effectively with patients and patient care teams, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, handling sharps and biohazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of patients and staff, working fluently with computer programs and systems, and complying with HIPAA regulations. Other duties may include performing other test administration and specimen collection as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Completion of a phlebotomy course preferred

Pay Range: $20.90 - $25.28/Hourly
