Phlebotomist

Job Title: Phlebotomist - Drug Distribution/ASCP Preferred/BLS

Location: Brockton, MA

Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). Full-time (40 hours) or part-time options available.

They are looking for you, an experienced Phlebotomist, who brings in-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations in drug distribution, pharmacology, and patient safety. This is a permanent role, with both full- and part-time positions available.

- Ensure accurate collection, handling, and processing of blood samples.
- Adhere to sterile and aseptic techniques, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Apply your understanding of drug interactions, therapy, and toxicology when handling samples.
- Utilize Meditech software to maintain records and streamline patient data management.

What you need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and medical terminology.
- ASCP certification preferred.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency with Meditech software.
