Customer Service Representative / Data Entry
Location: Beachwood, Ohio Pay: Up to $23/hour Position Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Full-Time About the Opportunity LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Professional for a direct hire opportunity in Beachwood, OH. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records and handling administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Enter and maintain customer information with a high degree of accuracy
- Process orders, update accounts, and resolve customer concerns
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain electronic records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service and issue resolution
- Handle administrative tasks and support daily office operations
- Previous customer service, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
