Dental Hygienist - Split Between Holly & Davison Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking to join a supportive and patient-focused team? We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist to work across two established practices: Redwood Dental of Holly and Redwood Dental of Davison. - Redwood Dental of Holly: 1117 North Saginaw Street Holly, MI 48442
- Redwood Dental of Davison: 1095 S. State Road, Davison, MI 48423
- Conduct patient screenings, including oral health assessments, health history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck inspections, and vital signs
- Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow office protocols for quality assurance, infection control, emergency procedures, implants, perio programs, and preventive care
- Demonstrate proficiency in dental prophylaxis, including the use of Cavitron/Prophy Jet
- Apply preventive treatments such as sealants and fluorides
- Make impressions for study casts as needed
- Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutritional counseling, and oral care techniques
- Foster a caring and respectful environment, addressing patients' needs and concerns
- Perform periodontal charting and document treatment
- Maintain a sterile, organized working environment and properly stock supplies and equipment
- Support overall patient care while promoting positive patient/staff rapport
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of applicable computer functions and assist with recall systems
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Holly)
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Holly)
- Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Holly)
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Davison)
