You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related needs, support staff and visitors with exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally in sensitive areas. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.15 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 07:00 PMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to appropriate hospital personnel and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements. Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment. Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
