Broker Operations Specialist [Remote]

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Enrollment Operations Coordinator with a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance services industry. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working behind the scenes to support business operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes run smoothly.

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative processes

• Review, update, and maintain records across internal systems

• Handle workload requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion

• Monitor information for completeness and identify discrepancies

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and record management activities

• Follow established workflows and departmental procedures

• Research issues and escalate concerns when appropriate

• Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives

• Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required

• Previous administrative, data entry, operations, or office support experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable learning new technologies and business processes

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable and professional work ethic

• Compensation: $18 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
