Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Marketing And Brand Support

Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials and collateral.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns that support company growth, customer retention, recruiting, and brand awareness.

Ensure consistency of the Bassett brand across all marketing and communication materials.

Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and digital files.

Support advertising, sponsorship, and promotional initiatives.

Content Creation & Communications

Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters, articles, project spotlights, press releases, case studies, and associate communications.

Draft, proofread, edit, and format marketing and sales content.

Coordinate photography, video, and other visual content for marketing initiatives.

Assist with production of company videos, presentations, and digital media content.

Digital Marketing

Assist with social media planning, content creation, posting, and engagement.

Support website updates, content management, and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.

Assist with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile reporting data.

Business Development & Sales Support

Support proposal development by coordinating content, formatting documents, and maintaining proposal resources and templates.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales presentations and customer-facing materials.

Support CRM administration through data entry, list management, reporting, and user assistance.

Help coordinate lead tracking and marketing support activities for business development efforts.

Events & Recruiting Support

Coordinate company participation in trade shows, customer events, career fairs, recruiting events, and community engagement activities.

Manage event registrations, attendee communications, logistics, signage, promotional materials, apparel, and giveaways.

Support recruiting marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.

Coordinate event follow-up communications and reporting.

Administrative & Project Coordination

Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.

Coordinate vendor relationships for printing, promotional products, apparel, signage, and marketing materials.

Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and purchase requests.

Maintain marketing inventory, including promotional products and event materials.

Organize and maintain department files and records.

Team Participation

Promote and support Bassett Mechanical's mission, values, and brand standards.

Support and maintain a safe and Lean working environment.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary Of Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Education & Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, event coordination, or a related role preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM platforms and marketing software preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic graphic design, photography, and content creation skills preferred.

Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
