Location: 1001 Frontier Rd, Suite 100, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 Hybrid work or possible remote work options in the future Description: This assignment is expected to be for 2-4 months. The associate in this position is responsible for a large quantity of administrative duties including, but not limited to, timely entering of new hire information in the automated HR System (Workday), processing the corresponding new-hire paperwork, working closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly pay for new hires and auditing of government forms including W-4 and I-9 forms. Training will be provided. The HR General Support is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and is a great teammate within the department. The specific responsibilities include: Ensures timely and accurate entry in Workday on the associate's new hire information as submitted through the Recruiting and Onboarding system. Ensures State and Federal documents (I-9's, W-4, Minor Work Permits etc.) are present and comply with applicable laws in addition to meeting Company's Policy and Procedure requirements. Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documents to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit. Verifies and corrects (if necessary) in Workday the associates' personal information upon receipt of paperwork. Special administrative projects as needed. Job Requirements Details: Requirements: 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred. College degree preferred, comparable work experience acceptable Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail Oriented and organization ability. Self-starter, flexible and analytical. PC skills (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of Workday HR system a plus. Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
