Job Overview A law firm seeks an Investment Management Senior Associate with five to eight years of transactional experience to join its team in Seattle. The role involves advising institutional investors on a variety of investment transactions, working collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team, and providing outstanding client service. Duties Advise on traditional and alternative investment transactions. Collaborate with attorneys from other practice groups. Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously. Provide exceptional client service and communication. Requirements 5 to 8 years of relevant transactional experience. JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law. Strong academic credentials and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications License to practice law. Skills Excellent analytical and writing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
