Your role

* Organize meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Nurture leads to maintain engagement and facilitate their hiring journey

* Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Reap commission based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation structure
