Cleanroom Assembly Packing Operator I assembles and tests precision neurosurgical medical devices in a controlled environment. The role involves operating computer-controlled equipment, performing inspections to specifications, and maintaining GMP compliance while supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test neurosurgical perforator components using computer-controlled equipment per specifications
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections and record data in manufacturing documentation and systems
• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow Standard Operating Procedures under GMP requirements
• Maintain cleanroom work environment, coordinate with support areas, and suggest process improvements
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years manufacturing, production, or cleanroom operations experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• GMP or regulated environment experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong English communication (read, write, speak)
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages, decimals)

Compensation: $19.19–$25.43 USD hourly
