Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base in a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation verifying previous employment. Additional Qualifications The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit. Majority of work is a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses.
