What You’ll Do As a RecruitingOS Recruiter Partner, you will: Match qualified candidates to open roles on the platform Place talent across technical, business, and specialist positions Leverage AI-powered matching to identify best-fit opportunities Manage candidate and employer interactions through RecruitingOS Close placements and earn commissions upon hire You choose which roles to work on and how active you want to be.
