If you're interested in thriving with an innovative team and making a meaningful difference every day, reach out to learn more about our open opportunities!WHAT ARE THE HOURS?You'll work full-time between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work (between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm).WHAT WILL YOU DO AS YOUR FIELD SALES MANAGER?Split your time between the office and the fieldMotivate your sales team to do their best and contribute to a supportive, high-performance cultureSet targets and quotas for the sales team and help them meet their goals by providing quality coaching and mentorshipDevelop and implement strategies for aligning business development strategies with company goals and driving revenue growthUse various analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reportsSeek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionalsIS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?If you have the right drive and mentality to become our Field Sales Manager, we want to hear from you!
