Industrial Floor Technician / Floor Scrubber Operator
Monday–Friday | Day Shift | $16.00/hr | Walbridge, OH | Full-Time
Advance Cleaning Contractors is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our daytime floor care team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday. Some weekends too
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time
Responsibilities include:
- Operate a ride-on or walk-behind floor scrubber in factory aisles
- Sweep debris and keep production areas clean
- Dust mop designated areas
- Properly clean, inspect, and maintain equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

- Self-motivated and dependable
- Safety-conscious with attention to detail
- Comfortable operating or learning industrial cleaning equipment
- Able to work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
