What You'll Do
- Provide patient care activities in critical care settings, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal units
- Assist and train RT personnel in critical care procedures
- Use advanced respiratory equipment to manage ventilated patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize respiratory therapy interventions
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Follow facility protocols and safety standards at all times
What You Need
Required:- Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in critical care settings
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
