What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in critical care units, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under supervision of RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager
• Train RT personnel in critical care practices
• Assist with ventilator management, airway support, and respiratory assessments
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
• Critical care experience preferred; relevant certifications beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, critical care environments
