Job Details:

• Location: Dubuque, Iowa
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 24 months of current psychiatric or behavioral health experience
  • Active Iowa or multistate license at the time of submission
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • De-escalation certification (MOAB, MAB, CPI, SAMA) highly preferred and can be obtained during onboarding
  • Experience with all age groups: adolescents to geriatrics
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active MOAB, MAB, CPI, SAMA certifications
  • CHARGE experience required
• Schedule & Additional Information:
  • Orientation date: June 29, 2026, with a prioritization for this date, followed by July 6, 2026
  • On-call possible, once per pay period, at $9/hour
  • Charge/precept: $6/hour
  • Holiday work required: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (1-2 of 3 days)
  • Ratios: Up to 1:9 patient care ratio
  • Scrub color: Grey
  • Must have 24 months of current behavioral health experience and a professional reference from within the last 24 months
  • Candidate must have a drivers license
  • Additional clinical experience includes EPIC electronic health record system familiarity
• Submission Requirements:
  • Work history/resume/employment history showing 24 months of current psychiatric/behavioral health experience
  • Professional reference from a supervisor or similar within the last 24 months
  • Documented active Iowa or multistate license at the time of submission
