Simon Law Group, LLC is seeking a  litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience in  family law, PI, or civil litigation who is looking for greater autonomy, stronger earning potential, and meaningful courtroom experience.

This is a  commission-based position supported by consistent firm-generated case flow , making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are motivated, client-focused, and comfortable managing cases independently.

A portable book of business is  encouraged but not required .

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from  intake through resolution or trial
• Appear in court for  motions, hearings, conferences, and trials
• Draft  pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and participate in  mediation/arbitration
• Maintain strong  client communication and case strategy
• Independently manage a caseload while collaborating when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in  family law, divorce, custody, real estate/real property, estate work, probate, and/or disability/SSI/SSDI
• Strong  courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent  legal writing and research abilities
• Ability to  manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
• Self-motivated with an  entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation

This is a  commission-based role designed for attorneys who want to maximize their earnings .

• Estimated range: $75,000 – $165,000+ annually
• Higher earnings achievable based on productivity and results
• Additional upside for attorneys who  originate clients
• The firm handles matters on an  hourly, flat-fee, and contingency basis (depending on practice area) , providing multiple revenue streams and consistent earning opportunities
