Role Description The Finance Administrator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial records. This role includes processing invoices and payments, maintaining accounting ledgers, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and assisting with budgeting and cash-flow tracking. The Finance Administrator will prepare financial reports and summaries for management, monitor expenses against budgets, and help maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners on finance-related questions, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with experience in basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.

• Financial Planning and Analytical Skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
\n
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).
\n
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
\n
• Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
\n
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or outdoor/recreation industries is a plus.
