In this role, you will leverage your understanding of power systems and end-equipment to define next-generation TI analog power products and shape technical product roadmaps.Systems Engineers at TI sit at the intersection of customer insight, market intelligence, and IC development. You will analyze key applications, identify unmet technical needs, and work closely with design, applications, and marketing teams to translate those needs into winning product definitions.Responsibilities include:Analyze target applications in automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing markets to identify technology trends and product opportunitiesInterface with customers and TI business units to gather requirements and define compelling product specificationsDevelop and maintain product roadmaps based on competitive analysis, customer input, and market trendsAssess architectural trade-offs in IC development in collaboration with design teamsEvaluate silicon systems - hardware and software - to validate system-level performance against specificationsProvide complete documentation for each phase of the product development lifecyclePerform troubleshooting and debugging on system-level issuesCollaborate with applications engineers on system design activities to ensure new products fit target customer platformsCollaborate closely with internal functions (e.g: Product/Test Engr and Project Manager) to regularly communicate market requirements and drive timely execution of new product releases.
