CDL A Drivers 100% No Touch Out 12 & Home 2 $82 to $102K/1st Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van Overview If you are a Class A Driver tired of unpredictable pay checks, earn $1500/WK minimum with most drivers earning $1575-$1900/WK. Compensation and Benefits Drivers earn a guaranteed minimum of $1500 per week (if driver runs the entire week, no load refusals and no driver induced delays) with the top drivers earning $1900/WK. All freight is no touch and 65% drop and hook. Drivers are not penalized for not taking loads to NYC. You receive a $4000 bonus paid at $500 after your first load, $500 at 30, 60, 90, 120 days with $1000 paid out on your 6 months anniversary. Full benefits (PTO, medical, dental, 401K and more) start on your 30th day of employment. Trucks assigned are new model Freightliners, Kenworths and Internationals with slip seating. Pet riders are welcome from day one. Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time) No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months If you have been terminated from a previous job due to safety issues you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jack knife or rollover in the last 5 years This job is physical and drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store.
