About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Strategic Accounts in AV, Security, and IT Communications. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in leading and growing the business units within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for client leadership, owning a portfolio of AV and Security/IT clients, and acting as a senior point of escalation and strategic advisor. The role also involves guiding and mentoring account teams, running client health check-ins, and driving client retention. Additionally, the Vice President will be tasked with new business and growth, including owning quarterly and annual targets, leading pitches, and nurturing lapsed accounts. The ideal candidate for the Vice President position at the company should have a strong network in the AV and/or Security & IT sector, with a proven track record in client leadership, commercial growth, and team development. They must be adept at maintaining expert-level knowledge of the industry, providing strategic counsel on trends and innovation, and representing the company through public speaking and industry engagement. The role requires a leader who can manage a small team, delegate effectively, and foster a strong team culture. The candidate should be comfortable with regular travel, particularly to the US East Coast and Central America, and be prepared to work East Coast hours. A background in technology communications, particularly in AV and Security/IT, is essential for this position.
