POSITION

As a full desk recruiter, you will have the opportunity and support both the Direct Hire and the Temp side of the house through recruiting and business development. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Source, qualify and assign top candidates to open positions On-board and manage high-volume temp employee base Build long-term, rewarding candidate and client relationships Source, interview, process e-documents and on-board new contractors. Coordinate maintenance of ATS, create employee profiles and assign them to open positions. On-site check-ins, facility tours and accident/incident investigations Explore new lines of business within existing clients and new client acquisition opportunities Report daily sales & recruiting activities into CRM Cold & warm calling Exploratory emails LinkedIn networking Assumptive client visits Attending industry networking events Exploring new lines of business with existing clients Showing appreciation to clients by hosting Client of the Month events, lunches, happy hours, etc.

MUST HAVES
