We're hiring high-value case closers – not processors, not task‑takers. What You'll Do Recover high-dollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach. Own each case from first contact to approved repayment. Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity. Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently. Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking. Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution. No cold calls – contacting medical providers.
