Conflicts Analyst

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time remote Conflicts Coordinator will perform conflict-of-interest searches using Intapp Open and other sources for new clients and matters, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system. Key responsibilities Perform conflict-of-interest searches for new clients and internal hires, including corporate family research Maintain accurate data in Intapp Open and Aderant, including search logs for conflict searches Conduct basic clerical duties as required to support the conflicts department Required qualifications Minimum two (2) years of experience in law firm conflicts or new business department Experience with automated conflicts and/or workflow systems, preferably Intapp Open Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience Background in corporate research or library-related work is a plus
