* Support production of concrete pipe from setup through shipment
* Set up and prepare pipe molds (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
* Place reinforcing materials (steel cages, wire) per specifications
* Assist with concrete pouring using mixers, buckets, or automated equipment
* Support curing process and strip finished pipe from molds
* Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, sealing joints)
* Operate or assist with vibration/compaction equipment
* Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
* Keep work area clean and organized
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

* Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
* Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
* Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required
