What You'll Do

• Create an outstanding experience from the moment the customer arrives
• Greet customers with energy and make them feel welcome
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle needs
• Keep customers informed throughout the entire service process - communication is key!
• Work closely with our technicians to understand diagnoses and recommended repairs
• Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
• Sell needed maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
• Follow up with customers and make sure promises are kept
• Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and NPS results
• Work with technicians, dispatch, parts, and management to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Take ownership of problems and help find solutions
