Recruiting Coordinator

Be the matchmaker behind great careers! Black Bear Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate is professional, customer service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Review resumes and applications daily through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify qualified candidates Assist on phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit for open positions Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure engagement and a positive experience Assist on coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Update candidate records and maintain accurate documentation within the ATS Complete and verify I-9 documentation to ensure employment eligibility compliance Process pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screenings Track onboarding progress and follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of required documentation Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policies and employment regulations Answer incoming phone calls and respond to candidate, employee, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team and office operations Assist with employment verifications, candidate follow-ups, and recruiting‑related documentation Help ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and visitors Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related experience required Previous recruiting, staffing or human resources experience required (2–3 years minimum) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Successfully pass pre-employment background screen and drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr
