Travel LPN Opportunity
Travel LPN needed for a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Akron, Colorado. The role involves 3x12-hour day or night shifts with rotating weekends, providing patient care and supporting the team on travel assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care and support residents in daily activities.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and chart updates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work rotating weekends.
- Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Reliable, adaptable, and ready to step into travel assignments.

- Skilled Nursing/LTC experience
