Responsibilities
- Provide direct mental health services to students who participate in IEPs within the high school setting
- Collaborate with SPED teams and school staff to implement and monitor IEP-based mental health supports
- Deliver services to students with mild-to-moderate needs, affective needs, and significant support needs
- Conduct caseload management, develop intervention plans, and document services according to school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service minutes and progress updates
- Respond to crisis situations and coordinate with campus personnel to ensure student safety and well-being

Requirements
- CDE credential required in hand
- Experience providing mental health services on IEPs
- SPED experience preferred
- Experience working with students with mild-to-moderate needs, affective needs, and significant support needs
- Ability to work fully on-site in a high school setting
- Compliance readiness: Colorado CBI and FBI fingerprinting for clearance; agencies must be registered to receive results
