With a start date of August 31, 2026, and lasting through May 27, 2027, you'll provide vital support while covering two consecutive FMLA leaves across multiple schools. As an itinerant Social Worker, you'll experience a dynamic work environment, collaborating with various teams and helping students throughout the district. The caseload primarily includes K-12 students, with additional details to be shared soon.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Social Worker licensure (required)
• Strong background working in school settings, supporting students of varied grade levels
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience managing diverse caseloads and adapting to different school cultures
• Ability to travel between locations as an itinerant staff member
• Commitment to a positive, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct support services to students in need, from crisis intervention to ongoing counseling
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster positive educational outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to IEP meetings, and participate in school support teams
• Provide advocacy and resources for students navigating social, behavioral, or emotional challenges
