UX Copywriter Lead (GEO/AI)

Pay Range: $45- $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects.
• Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on the product or service and obtain requirements, including style and length of copy.
• Edit or rewrite copy as necessary. Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing, and promotional material.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
• Creation of recommendations and a strategic roadmap to support GEO improvements.
• This position will assess and implement AI Content Strategy and GEO opportunities, alongside traditional content writing for the client's Digital Claims.
• The focus will be on delivering clear, user-centric content for the client's Claims Digital public website, communication templates, and essential experiences like filing and tracking claims, preparing the client for the future of AI-driven information discovery and user interaction.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: "UX Copywriter", "Digital”, "AI", "GEO", "Content Design", "Figma", "Claims"
• Core Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Content Strategy Skills
• Experience optimizing content to be understood, cited, and featured by AI-powered search engines and conversational AI interfaces
• Strategic planning skills
• Critical Thinking
• Curiosity
• Figma, PowerPoint, MS Word
• Content development and updates supporting Claims experiences.
• Looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience.
• P&C insurance and claims experience a plus.
• Prior experience writing for customer/member-facing experiences
