Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine & Pain Management

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a well-established and growing healthcare organization. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join their rapidly expanding medical practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive family medicine and pain management care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Their integrated healthcare campus offers family medicine, pain management, pharmacy, laboratory services, and more—all designed to deliver exceptional patient outcomes through coordinated care.

Salary: $115,000-$145,000, depending on experience

Days/Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct wellness visits and preventive care exams
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance and lifestyle improvements
• Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Collaborate with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers

Requirements for the Nurse Practitioner:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification (FNP or equivalent)
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and EMR skills
• Family Medicine and/or Pain Management experience a plus
• Experience in a high-volume outpatient setting preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus  
• Ability to provide 3 employment references
