Your Role at a Glance Staffing Model: 4 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs NNP Schedule: 12 hour shifts Clinical Responsibilities: Attend high-risk deliveries Care for Level II/III NICU patients About the Facility Located in northern Broward County, HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center is a 289-bed acute care hospital and part of HCA East Florida, the largest healthcare system in Eastern Florida.
