Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer

Ohio Licensed Roadway Design Engineer, this full-time position involves performing engineering design tasks for roadway projects, developing specifications and cost estimates, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Perform engineering design tasks for roadway projects from preliminary to final design Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages Coordinate design activities and meetings between design staff, subcontractors, and client managers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required P.E. license required, Ohio PE preferred 10 to 20 years of progressive engineering experience in transportation and roadway design 5 years of project management experience preferred Experience working on DOT design projects is required
