Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist

• Evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing challenges.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate care efforts with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in a home health setting is preferred.
