Speech Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services in clients' homes, requiring travel and a PRN schedule. The role involves evaluating clients, developing and implementing treatment plans based on physician orders, and communicating progress to families and healthcare team members. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or equivalent experience working with neurological disorders in children and adults Valid state license or active licensure eligibility in Speech Pathology Registration with the Department of Health or eligible Preferred membership in Speech-Language Hearing Association Skills And Abilities Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret professional evaluation materials and operate relevant devices Comfort handling caseload stress and working independently Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and pediatric care Key Responsibilities Assess and develop treatment plans to improve communication Initiate treatments, monitor progress, and communicate with physicians Maintain accurate documentation per regulations and agency policies Collaborate with team members, participate in conferences, and educate clients and families Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Services Director We value compassionate, skilled staff committed to helping patients maintain independence in a supportive, inclusive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
