Remote IT Support Technician - 24/7 Helpdesk

MANTECH seeks a motivated Remote Support Technician to join our 24/7 IT operations in McLean, VA. The role focuses on triage, troubleshooting, and resolving Tier 0–2 incidents for mission-critical applications, with emphasis on customer service and timely problem resolution. The ideal candidate has strong Windows/AD knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work shifts including holidays. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr MANTECH
