Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)

• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and documentation procedures
• Passion for assisting students with diverse needs and backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and design effective treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, therapy sessions, and compliance reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
• Educate families and caregivers on techniques to support students at home
