Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting
• Solid understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and student assessments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with a variety of abilities
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations for accommodations and interventions
• Document session notes, maintain records, and report progress in accordance with school policies
• Educate and support educational staff and families in implementing activities to enhance student growth
• Adapt materials and modify environments to foster student independence and participation in school routines
