Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities Source and identify high-quality IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and other creative methods. Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements needed per client. Collaborate with account managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to offer acceptance. Stay current with the latest technology trends and IT skills to better understand market demands. Prepare candidates' recommendations for the end client. Schedule interviews; assist the candidate in preparation for interviews. Collaborate with the candidate and account manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending hourly ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience recruiting for business-system related roles such as Workday, Dynamics, NetSuite. An understanding of various programming languages, tools, technologies, and other tech-related work. Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions to meet and match client needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple roles at any given time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Workday.
