This organization is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence in care delivery.What You Will DoLead the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the healthcare and AI sectors.Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a robust talent network.Ideal Candidate Background3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in those positions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.PreferredExperience with AI technologies or healthcare-related platforms.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $160K to $220K, complemented by competitive equity options.
