We are seeking an experienced BE/BC Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care in a state-of-the-art acute care hospital. This role offers autonomy, professional collaboration, and a schedule designed to promote work/life balance. Position Highlights Join a collaborative, high-functioning hospitalist team with dedicated nocturnists and Pulm/CC coverage Manage diverse inpatient cases with autonomy, supported by Telemed critical care and on-call specialists 7 on / 21 off schedule (7:00 am - 7:00 pm), providing flexibility and personal time Opportunity to utilize procedural skills including central lines, intubation, and arterial lines Practice Environment Acute care hospital with 46 beds, 10-bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites, and 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit Busy ED with 8 beds and highly experienced staff State-of-the-art diagnostics and surgical support across multiple specialties Daily census averages 15 patients with a supportive 1:5 nursing ratio Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive salary with robust benefits package Generous vacation and sick leave plus CME allowance 401k plan with generous match, signing and relocation bonus Paid licenses, professional dues, malpractice, and tail coverage Genuine work/life balance and a positive team culture Candidate Requirements BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Comfortable with core hospitalist procedures Strong clinical judgment and excellent teamwork skills Prior inpatient experience preferred Why Our Community?
