Overview Benefis Health System is a Level II trauma community hospital located in Great Falls, Montana. Position Advanced Practice Provider – Nocturnist (7pm-7am shift, 7 on/7 off). Responsibilities Provide overnight coverage for adult inpatient admissions. Attend Rapid Response Team calls and code blues; physician backup available when needed. Coordinate with dedicated physician support and two physician admitters for daytime coverage. Work within the Epic electronic medical record system. Utilize on‑site swing/nocturnist office space adjacent to the emergency department and inpatient floor. Provide medical coordination and inpatient management for surgical patients. No procedures required; no intensive care unit coverage needed as intensivists are available 24/7. Qualifications Experience required – independent practice opportunity with physician support.
