Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Construction related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and construction‑related documents Proficient with MS Office Suite Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus Exceptional communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Professional attitude and experience Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Time‑management and multitasking skills Responsibilities Produce, monitor, track and distribute project ASIs, CCDs, RFIs and Submittals Assist in procurement of building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, and other requirements Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with QA/QC Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or Subcontractor Coordination meetings Coordinate distribution of bidding documents to prospective subs and suppliers Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs Assist in coordination and securing of owner‑furnished equipment and furnishings Create and maintain accurate as‑built drawings onsite Maintain project record documents including final O&M manuals and As‑built drawings Assist Project Manager in miscellaneous project duties Fulfill special project needs as they arise Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Benefits Competitive industry compensation and benefits package Big emphasis on interesting and challenging work, sustainability, and community outreach Diverse Commercial Portfolio: Retail, Municipal, Education, Historic Renovation, Health care, and much more Contact To apply, please send your resume to Bobby Gournoe.
