Customer Experience Associate

Focused on enhancing brand presence, the full-time Marketplace Experience Associate will engage with local markets, gather insights on retail performance, and execute experiential marketing initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead field intelligence efforts to gather and report insights on retail performance and consumer engagement Support execution of localized brand activations and partnerships to strengthen UGG's market connection Conduct training for retail partners, ensuring alignment with UGG's brand story and consumer experience expectations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in retail, brand marketing, visual merchandising, or experiential marketing Strong knowledge of local market trends and consumer behaviors Experience in conducting product and brand training with retail and wholesale partners Ability to engage with community leaders and cultural influencers Proven relationship-building and communication skills
