Project Coordinator - West Palm Beach, FL

Commercial & Residential General Contractor looking for a Project Coordinator This general contractor has been in the industry in South Florida for over 10 years with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and is rapidly growing. They focus in the general commercial sector with upcoming work in medical offices/ clinics, data centers, auto/retail, etc. They are actively seeking for a project coordinator that has experience with a general contractor and understands basic construction documents. Description Coordinate and manage licensing and permitting Oversee the close-out of permits and ensure timely project compliance Handle subcontracts, lien waivers, and subcontractor warranties Manage subcontractor insurance certificates Prepare and track AIA contracts and AIA billing Maintain accurate data entry for budgets, billing, and project documentation Profile Prior experience in a construction office or similar clerical/project coordination role Strong working knowledge of submittals, warranties, and permits.
