Server, Premium - Coastal Credit Union Music Park

The Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment. Responsibilities Interact with guests to assure satisfaction and provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations. Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium. Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food. Perform opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned. Demonstrate knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium. Qualifications All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English. Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks that involve constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Two to three years of experience in a fast‑paced high‑end club or restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training, and any additional job‑specific safety training.
